Refund Policy
The following conditions apply to return requests:
(A) If the received goods are not the ones ordered by the customer;
(B) If the received goods show significant damage to the packaging container and leakage of contents, provided they have not been opened or used.
Only regular-priced items that are unopened can be returned. The request for a return must be made within seven days from the date of receipt.
All discounted, opened, used, or damaged items cannot be exchanged.
Each product can only be returned or exchanged once, and only for the same item. When returning, please make sure to include the original receipt; otherwise, we will be unable to process the exchange for you.
Refunds are not accepted.
Shipping fees will not be refunded.

*The return process will take one to three weeks to complete (counted from the date of receiving the returned goods). After the process is completed, our customer service department will notify the customer about the details.
